RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY.
Our returns policy is valid up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, your offer for a refund will no longer be valid. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving your purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange. Any product returns will be refunded back in a coupon with the same value excluding shipping cost.

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unlit and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email with a refunded coupon.

For products that are damaged, we will not offer a replacement. However, we will credit back a full refund back to your bank account.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only receive a refund in a coupon form for the product you purchased only.

You are also responsible for paying your own shipping cost for recycling jar returns. However, in this participation points will be credited back to your membership account which covers the value of your shipping along with your incentives.
