WE SUPPORT

In line with our green practices, we have decided to appoint an environmental conservation organisation based in Malaysia as our CSR partnership. RM1 from every jar purchased will be donated to the organisation to conserve nature - forests, oceans, wildlife, food, climate, energy and freshwater.

CARE TO RECYCLE?

Wax, Wicks and Melts would like to encourage all to practice recycling. Join our recycling movement by shipping the empty glass jars back to us. It is an extra step to take but we are pretty sure mother nature will appreciate it and we assure you that it will be worth your time and effort.

So, in order to reimburse your shipping cost, time and effort to recycle, you will receive one of the following below:

REST OF PENINSULAR MALAYSIA EXCEPT PENANG ISLAND
- 2,500 points worth RM25 will be credited to your membership account. Convert your points into discount coupons and redeem it on your next purchase.

-Points will be credited within 1-2 days after we have received the returned glass jars.

WITHIN PENANG ISLAND

- 1,500 points worth RM15 will be credited to your membership account. Convert your points into discount coupons and redeem it on your next purchase.

-Points will be credited within 1-2 days after we have received the returned glass jars.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR RECYCLING PROGRAM:

Upon receiving your package, it is important that you do not damage the carton box and honeycomb wrap when unboxing so that you are able to reuse them for your returning purposes.

STEP 3

Rest of Peninsular Malaysia except Penang Island: You do not need to clean the jars after you have used up all your candles. Just ensure that they are wrapped and boxed carefully with the provided materials before sending it back to us. Please also ensure that the sender information on the airbill matches the same purchased information performed on our website.

In Penang Island: As we are based in Penang, you do not need to ship the jars back to us. Instead, we will collect it back from you! How great is that? We will still need you to wrap the jars with the honeycomb paper and place them in the box as we do not want any breakage during a despatch. Please call +604 375 1340 to arrange a pick-up.

STEP 4

Points will be credited into your membership account within 1 - 2 days after we have received the returned glass jars.

Please note that we do not accept jars that are broken or shattered into pieces or with a missing lid. Should there be a breakage incident, Wax, Wicks and Melts shall not perform the reimbursement. As long as the jars are wrapped properly with the provided bubble wraps, you shouldn't have to worry about such incident.
