  • Why is there no wax melts in your store?
    We are currently working on it. Wax melts requires more time in product sourcing and packaging production. Therefore, we've decided to focus our basic range of scented candles first before we move on to our wax melts production.
  • When are you planning to launch your wax melts collection?
    We will be launching our wax melts collection before Christmas.
  • To which non-profit organisation will you be donating the funds to?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to publicise the name of the organisation publicly due to the organisation's corporate policy. We are only allowed to publicise openly with a contract signed and a minimum donation pledged montly. As we are newly launched, we are not able to give that kind of commitment yet. Nevertheless, we assure you that all collected funds will be donated to the organisation quarterly. If you insist to know to which organisation the funds are donated to, kindly drop us an email at waxwicksandmelts@gmail.com.
  • I should get more reimbursement of points based on the number of jars I'll be sending back.
    Unfortunately no. The points you get is based on the one-time reimbursement for your shipping and some incentive in return for your participation in the recycling movement.
